How Do You Know If Your Rotor Is In The Right Place When Replacing A Timing Belt?

Answer:
You have to really make sure that ALL the timing marks are wrinkled up. The crank, cam(s) and the distributor rotor must all be pointing to the correct marks.

If they are not please stop and correct the problem, you could do damage to the engine!
The rotor is connected to the cam so if you set the cam the the rotor is correct
