Can You Be Evicted Without Being Served A Legal Court Date Document?

Management charges a 65.00 eviction fee if you late on your rent. Yet no one here seem to ever get served by the court . Is this legal?

Answer:
No, and you should go to the landlord/tenant board and reach a deal to them about it. You can't be legally evicted anywhere in the U.S. Without one. Make sure you hold a receipt for the charge for the eviction, show that to them and you should be on your way to winning your travel case. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

Comment: Thanks Tigger's Mom. They charge everyone an eviction fee, even if you're purely late on your rent plus a fee as well.
