How Rouille Made?
Rouille is generally highly spiced with chile pepper. It can be used on many dishes. Rouille is most commonly served on fish.
Here's a simple way to make Rouille:
Ingredients: 1 red pepper (roasted and peeled), 2 cloves of garlic, 1slice of white bread (broken into peices), 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, liquid of a lemon, 1/2 a cup of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Combine all the ingredients within a food processor, except for the olive oil. Puree until smooth. Add the olive oil slowly as the machine is still running. Season beside the salt and pepper.
You can add other ingredients to rouille such as saffron threads and fish broth.
