How Do You Make Prato Bread?

Prato bread is also known as Pane di Prato which means bread from Prato. You would need confident ingredients like baker's flour, dry yeast, water and salt to swallow. First take the flour in a large bowl. Then append dry yeast to it, pour water and mix it well with the flour to variety a thick batter. Cover this batter with a piece of cloth or a towel and let it remain so for 12 hours. Remember that this batter should be kept within a warm and drought-free place.

After twelve hours add the sponge prepared with this batter, river, salt and flour to the bread maker. Then allow it to knead and rise. Wait for 15 minutes after the bread maker finishes its procedure. Preheat the oven at 200 degree. Take the dough and convert it into a floured board and shape it according to your wish. Now place this into the heated oven tray and bake for 45 minutes or until it is cooked and let it cool. Your Prato bread is in position.
